RETURN POLICY
We will happily accept returns on all purchases that are in its original condition, unworn, in packaging, and with tags still attached within 15 days of receiving of your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Â Face masks and Gaiters are non-refundable. *Please note, all International shipments will be returned at customers expense.*
Re:do Returns:
Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order.
If you did not purchase Re:do you can still use our return portal below and purchase a return label. No return fee is deducted from your refund total!
Return Steps:
- Start your return by clicking the link below
- Select which items you would like to return and your preferred refund method
- If you checked out with Re:do, your return is covered! Otherwise, you can purchase your label for a one-time fee.
- For exchanges, there will be a $5.50 restocking fee.
- Print your label and attach it to the top of the package, then drop it off at any USPS location

Shipping Process
For all returns, the original outgoing shipping cost will be deducted from your return amount. For any exchanges, items are to be shipped back at customer's expense if Redo was not purchased. When your returned item(s) are received the refund will be given or the exchange will be made and mailed back to you with shipping details. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to reach your account. *All International shipments will be exchanged and returned at customer's expense.*

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
In the rare event the item was delivered, but you did not receive it, if insurance was purchased, you (the customer) must file a claim with the shipment company using the tracking number. We are not to be held responsible for replacing/refunding items that proved to be delivered with tracking number, but not received.Â
Free shipping items will not always come with insurance. It will be based on the cost of shipping. If you want to insure you have $100 insurance please purchase Priority Shipping through USPS or UPS. First Class mail provides tracking, but not insurance if the shipment is lost.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
